Aromatherapy and sports massage have such amazing benefits that I have developed an approach that draws on both to give the most effective treatment for your needs and preferences. This means each treatment is tailored to how you feel on the day as well as any longer term goals we're working toward.
So you don't have to choose a remedial treatment or a relaxing massage - you can have both!

An aromatherapy massage - total relaxation. This kind of massage is great for stress, anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion, depression and any emotional conditions. It is a flowing, soothing form of massage that allows you time to drift off and fully unwind.
Primarily a relaxing aromatherapy-style massage, with a bit of deeper work at points as required or desired. This kind of massage is ideal for stressed-out desk workers who need a bit of deeper work in their neck and shoulders but generally want to relax.
Half and half! You can choose whether you have relaxing massage and remedial work mixed together - really a "deep tissue massage" - or get the tough bits out the way to get on to relaxation.
Getting towards the sports and remedial end of the scale, this kind of massage will be more focused on breaking down deeper tensions and working on relieving chronic conditions, with a bit of relaxation to help with the stress that may be contributing.
A full sports and remedial massage. This won't be relaxing, but it is a great option for tackling deeper tensions, chronic pain, symptoms of overuse - whether they be from running or sitting at a desk - and for keeping muscles in good condition.
"Sometimes Jennie's massages are pretty painful, because they have to be, but when I need to just chill out I can ask her to switch off the sports side and then it is just heavenly! I would recommend Jennie in a heartbeat. She is bar far the best massage therapist I have seen"
